The hotel is situated in a great location, very near to the town center, yet in a peaceful area. the room was comfortable and clean and had a lovely balcony with a view of the garden and the pool. the breakfast was tasty and rich, with some traditional Hungarian dishes being served. the hotel offers great facilities such as a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna for relaxation.
The staff could have been more attentive and helpful, according to some reviews.

Welcoming owners, picturesque garden around with great views of Eger, clean room and elegant bathroom, wide range of spa/welness facilities included in price+professional massage for a very reasonable price, good choice and taste of buffet style breakfast, safe parking included in price
Wireless connection in the room should be improved. And that's a pity we didn't received promised welcome drink (wine tasting): if we did we'd probably buy some of wines they offer for a very reasonable price...OK: This small fact couldn't spoil our general very good impression of this place

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, situated about 15 minutes walk above the town center and offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel itself was so luxurious and offered all the amenities I could ask for. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the jacuzzi and massage services, which helped me relax and unwind. The garden area was also a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. this place was a true oasis of comfort and quality.
I recommend this hotel to all.

Had a great time New Year's Eve with amazing fireworks! the breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly baked croissants. the pool was a perfect temperature and the view from the terrace was breathtaking.
The room was uncomfortably small and lacked basic amenities such as a mini-fridge. the staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed when asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants.

Had a great Christmas stay. The breakfast was delicious, we were very impressed with the selection of food and drinks. The staff were super friendly which made us feel right at home. , the location was convenient, we were walking distance to all the attractions and shops.
The room we stayed in was a bit outdated. It could use some renovations and updates.
